Delivery information

We would like to inform you about the delivery conditions of Exa Home in our webshop. It is our goal to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible with the utmost care and efficiency.

When placing an order in our webshop, you can view the estimated delivery time during the checkout process. Please note that this delivery time may vary depending on the product and your location. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to ship your order within the indicated delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track the progress of your delivery and see an estimated delivery date.

We work closely with reliable transport partners to ensure that your furniture is delivered to you safely and undamaged. In the event of unforeseen delays in delivery, we will inform you in good time and strive for a suitable solution.

Orders over €100,- are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium, if in stock*. This rate applies to the whole of the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. Deliveries for this are in consultation. For orders under €100,- we charge delivery costs. This depends on the size of the product. The delivery costs are stated with the order.
