At Exa Home we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return conditions:

1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@exahome.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
   
   

2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

   If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.

3. Exceptions: Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects.

Return process:

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@exahome.nl with your order number and the reason for return. You can also use the return form below. We will then provide you with further instructions.
2. Packaging: Please pack the item carefully in the original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during transportation.
3. Shipping: Send the returned item to the address we provide you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the receipt. If the item is in good condition, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Refund:
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
